Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule a session. This ensures we have enough time to adjust our schedule and accommodate other students.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
If no notice is given (i.e., a no-show), the full session fee will be charged.
